Lai Fong “Jennifer” Chi is a licensed real estate salesperson and a proud member of the Rita Bender team – top producers since 1985! Jennifer began serving the Canarsie, Brooklyn community and beyond in 1988. She sold her first house at midnight in November 1989 and continued selling homes on a monthly basis! Although Jennifer is deeply committed to real estate, she has also played a role in running the family business since 1985. The thriving business has expanded greatly; a nod to Jennifer’s skillful guidance and business acumen.

A Commack resident since 1988, she raised two children and watched them graduate from Commack schools. Jennifer is deeply involved in the local community, supporting the Suffolk County Bar Association since 2008, her local fire department, ambulance services, and schools with regular donations. She is also the proud owner of Foo Luck restaurant in Commack, a popular destination for Asian cuisine.
